How do I get here?

There is still lots of new construction around our location. Navigation apps aren’t completely up to date and will get you close, but not to our front door. Click here for driving directions, and then use this map to find our front door and where you should park.

As you approach on the main road (Rivertech Ct.), you will see two identical buildings. We are located in the second building (the one farthest from Rivertech Ct). Keep going past the first building and around to the far side of the second building. About halfway down on your left side, you will see our Shed logo above the front entrance. You can park in any available spot.

How do I get inside?

Because we are a 24/7 facility, these measures have been put in place to ensure everyone’s safety.

(If you have dedicated staff for your session, they will be onsite to let you in)

  1. Access your Brivo mobile pass on your phone. The mobile pass was sent to the account holder’s email address. If the mobile pass holder is not there for the start of a session, the other members will have to wait for them to arrive. For security reasons, mobile passes are not transferrable.

  2. Connect to our WiFi. The network is The Shed and the PW is PracticeMakesPerfect@TheShed! and is case sensitive. Brivo will not work unless you are on our WiFi.

  3. Use Brivo to open the front door. Once you’re logged into Brivo, open the app and you’ll see a button that says “Front door”. Press it, and you’ll hear a click. Pull on the door handle within 3 seconds to enter.

  4. Use your PIN to access your assigned studio (the 6-digit number you created when you filled out your intake form). You may share your PIN with colleagues participating in the session with you, but please note that for security purposes we cannot share these on your behalf.

  5. Don’t show up too early. Your front door and green room access will begin 15 minutes prior to your scheduled session and end 15 minutes after. Your reserved studio access will begin immediately at the time listed above and end 5 minutes after your scheduled booking.

For most sessions, we are a self-service facility.

  1. There is no dedicated staff for your session. During business hours, there is usually staff milling around, and they’re happy to help if you need something. If you need dedicated staff for your session, we’re happy to provide. Be sure to request that when you fill out the intake form. 

  2. We will provide the equipment that you asked for when you signed up for your session and may not be able to accommodate last minute requests or changes. Why? We pull all of our equipment from our backline inventory, and it might be booked for another client or project.

  3. Your session times are fixed. Why? Because we need time to flip rooms for any clients coming in after you. If you need more set up or tear down time, please factor that in when scheduling your session.

Onsite troubleshooting

Send us a message via the chat function on this page or by scanning the QR code inside the studios. The chat is monitored by three of our full-time staff, so this is the best way to reach us. Emails and text messages may not be received during non-business hours.
