Create your account
Complete the required ID verification - this is to ensure the safety of all users and allows us to keep the space open 24/7
Now you’re ready to book your space!

This ensures we can continue to allow 24/7 access for our members. The ID verification is used to:
Confirm ages of clients to keep minors from signing up for an account.
Confirm that the identity of the user and the name on the account are one in the same.
Make sure we have a way to reach you in the case of theft, damage, or if a card on file is canceled.

If you’re having trouble with the ID verification, try these tips:
The name on your account must match the name on your documents. For example, nicknames won’t work (Andy instead of Andrew, or Gigi instead of Genevieve).
We do not accept uploaded pictures from any social media accounts. You will take your selfie in real-time within the verification process
Is your ID current? Sorry, we can't accept expired documents.
Are you over 18? Unfortunately, we can't offer accounts to minors.
When you take your selfie, please remove hats and sunglasses, and no smiling.

We’re sorry to see you go! Log in to your account to cancel your membership.
Your membership will expire at the end of your current billing cycle.
Please note that once you cancel your membership, you will lose access to the scheduler, and therefore will not be able to edit any upcoming sessions or book any future sessions.

When you make a booking you will receive an email confirmation (don’t forget to check your spam). If you have not received the email, check the calendar to make sure your time slot is there. If it’s still not there after 15-20 minutes, shoot us an email.
Please note that if you are booking for the first time, your booking will not be confirmed until you complete the ID verification.

No. For security reasons, the account holder must occupy a Brivo pass (digital key) at all times.

Booking a session

To book your session, you must create an account. You can find that process under “How do I set up an account”.
Once you sign up, make sure you complete the one-time ID verification.
Once you are verified, you can sign up for any available time slot via our online calendar.
If you would like to book a session that will be in less than 24 hours or run past midnight, please reach out to us via phone or email.

The shared calendar is first-come, first-served. If all four spaces are in use and there isn’t an alternative time that works for you, please email us.

Student and professional memberships have a rolling quota of 6. This ensures that everyone has a chance to utilize the facilities. Unlimited and Unlimited + memberships do not have a rolling quota.
You can book sessions as far in advance as you like as long as your membership remains active. Once you cancel your membership, any existing bookings will be removed.

Digital key - it’s how you get into the building. Members and single session bookings receive a unique, non-transferrable digital key that will open the front door with their smartphone (you must be connected to our WiFi for this to work).
PIN - it’s how you access the studios once you’re inside the building.
This two-factor system ensures our community can continue to enjoy 24/7 access.

Yes, you can book more than one space at a time. If you need more than two spaces, you might want to consider a full facility rental.

There are two different ways you will access the space - the Brivo app and your PIN.
Brivo is your digital key that will grant you access to the front door of the building. You must use your smartphone and be on our WiFi in order for this digital key to work. Upon your first booking, you will receive an onboarding email that will contain and invitation to Brivo with instructions on how to set it up.
Your PIN is the 6 digit code you created on your booking intake form that will grant you access to your reserved studio.

No. You must remove all personal items at the end of your session.

The Shed is open and available for members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
If you’d like to tour the facility, please email us. Tours typically take 15 to 30 minutes.

Click here to view our live preview calendar. The standard calendar view shows the availability for all studios. To filter out the studios, click the down arrow on the top right of the calendar next to the “Agenda” tab, and only check the studios you would like to see.
Please note that buffer (room turnover) times and internal block outs will NOT show up on the preview calendar.
Payments

All major credit/debit cards are accepted.

Self-service bookers pay in full at the time of booking.
Full-service bookers must pay a 50% deposit to reserve the room, and the balance is due before the first rehearsal begins.

There can be numerous reasons why your payment is failing. Here are some tips:
Double check that you’ve entered your card information correctly
Make sure there isn’t a hold on your card or account
Check that you entered your billing address correctly

We do not personally store your payment details; we only have your authorization to use them. User credit card details never come to us. If you delete your account, we will no longer have access to your payment details.

We do not offer refunds for self-service bookings. You may reschedule your sessions anytime via our online calendar.
